Kindly read this before placing your order
  • We carry a reasonable inventory of items offered in this Catalogue, so supplies can be made at short notice. A Proforma Invoice is e-mailed showing current prices and freight for confirmation, as well as approximate schedule of shipping.
  • Descriptions and illustrations in the Catalogue are as accurate as possible, necessary modifications and improvements in products are however made from time-to-time to ensure better performance. We reserve the right to make these modifications as we deem fit.
  • While ordering be sure to specify quantity with the Reference Number and correct size of the required items as mentioned in the CTS Export Catalogue 2023. Please use only these Ref. Nos as there have been problems in the past.
  • The prices indicated in the Catalogue are EX-WORKS MUMBAI and those prevailing at the time of printing the Catalogue. We shall endeavor to maintain these prices but slight revisions may become necessary due to increase in cost of raw material or labour. Quotations and Proforma Invoices will be sent for each order before dispatch of goods.
  • Please advise the Currency you would like us to quote in from US Dollar / Euro / Sterling Pound.
  • Kindly indicate your preference of dispatch Air Freight / Sea Freight. We also have special contract rates with DHL, FedEx and UPS, they will custom-clear and door-deliver the goods to you without you incurring any further forwarding or clearing charges at the Destination. Necessary Import Duties and Taxes chargeable in you Country will have to be paid to them when they deliver the parcels to you. Freight charges will depend on the weight and Volume and will be clearly shown on the Proforma Invoice.
  • For Shipment to Europe, the transit time by Sea Freight is 30 to 35 days • Air Freight is within 3 to 4 days • Courier services DHL / FEDEX / UPS Door-Delivery within 5 to 6 days..
  • Kindly intimate along with your order the name and address of your Bankers and the Port of Discharge Cargo, also advise if the order is to be supplied complete in one lot or to be split in two lots.
  • We request our valued clients to send a minimum order US$ 1,000 as it becomes very difficult to service small orders as the paper-work involved is large.
  • When a request is made for payment in advance, please send transfer Swift Mode to KOTAK BANK it is also requested to send a copy of TT message by your Bank by e-mail to trace where the payment is.
